Hello All Ye' Trivia Faithful!

ANOTHER ALERT: NO TRIVIA NEXT WEEK! JAMES IS BEING A GREAT BOSS AND TAKING HIS TEAM ON VACATION. WE WILL BE BACK TO TRIVIA THURSDAY DECEMBER 19th.

Also, on December 19th, we will host an ugly sweater contest at halftime of our match. Ugliest sweater as chosen by Kelly will earn $40 Wheelhouse Cash. While scrolling or looking for that sweater, it might be wise to brush up on Christmas trivia.....

Now let's get to that weekly recap of our Let's Do Trivia match at The Wheelhouse Beer Garden. It was packed out back under the tent. We had 38 players on 10 teams playing for the first prize of $40 Wheel House Cash or the second place prize of $10 Wheel House cash.

For a 3-point bonus on round 2 question 1, draw a Christmas Tree.

This match was all over the place with easy and difficult questions. Another low scoring first half had the top team, Brockhall Boys, at only 39 points after halftime. Though the scores were low, the difference between the top team and the bottom team was only 7 points. Everyone was still alive. 

Things shifted around dramatically in the second half. Wheel Deal Sex Appeal jumped to the top with 76 points. Raven lunatics were in second place with 70 points. Just the Two of Us were in third place with 69 (nice) points. Four teams answered the final question correctly, and one of them shot up the leaderboard to push us to a tiebreaker for second place. That was Brockhall Boys and Wheel Deal Sex Appeal. House team Wheel Deal Sex Appeal won the tiebreaker meaning that second place prize of $10 Wheelhouse cash will be rolled into the top prize on December 19th. Taking home the top prize of $40 Wheelhouse cash WITH a $10 bonus for winning and arriving before 6pm, Just the Two of Us! They are the acoustic duo from the larger rock band of Wino Combo. Maybe shedding some dead weight is good....

 Top Prize on December 19th is $50 Wheelhouse cash, and second place will get $10 Wheelhouse cash. Ugliest sweater wins $40 Wheelhouse cash

Wheel House - Let's Do Trivia - 15 May 2025

Happy new week trivia players, Have you taken a look in the night's sky recently? How's that Moon looking? If you didn't join us last week at the Wheelhouse for Let's do Trivia, you probably have no idea what I am talking about. But if you were in attendance, you know I'm referring to our big theme revolving around our Lunar friend. That's right, many questions dealing with the Moon (and some people with the surname Moon) were giving players a run for their money. Completely unplanned, the Moon theme fit as last Thursday was our first time of the season with the tent taken down. We had great weather for it. The crowd was light-ish with 27 players on 10 teams playing for the top prizes of $40 Wheelhouse Cash for first place and our second place prize of $10 Wheel House cash . Wheel House - Let's Do Trivia - 1 May 2025

Hello trivia brothers and sisters ! Let's go through our weekly recap of this past Thursday's Let's Do Trivia match at The Wheelhouse Beer Garden . It was a great crowd of 37 players on 10 teams playing for the top prizes of $50 Wheelhouse Cash for first place and our second place prize of $10 Wheel House cash . We had a big theme to most of the questions. We were asking about things to do with siblings, brothers, and sisters. Just like the previous week, this match saw lower scoring than normal in our first half of the game. Coming out of halftime, Raven Lunatics held first place with 35 points.   Wino Combo and Wheel Deal Sex Appeal were tied for second place with 34 points. Dare I say the second half got slightly easier? Points were still dropped but I believe every team got at least a 6 pointer correct in each round. Entering the final question , Wheel Deal Sex Appeal held the top spot with 69 (nice) points. Wino Combo were right behind them with 67 points. ...
