Wheel House - Let's Do Trivia - 20 June 2024

Good day Trivia Peeps!

Let's do the weekly recap of last Thursday's Let's Do Trivia match at The Wheelhouse Beer Garden. 31 players on 9 teams played for a top prize of $40 Wheelhouse Cash and a second place prize of $10 Wheelhouse cash.

This was a very tough week for questions. Teams struggled all throughout the game. The leaders at halftime were Linda's Shitlins with 38 points and behind them in second place was Jaws with 35 points. The second half presented just as much of a challenge as the first half. Going into the final Wheel Deal Sex Appeal led with 66 points and Jaws were right on their tail with 62 points. After the final question and some clever wagering, Wheel Deal Sex Appeal held onto first place without wagering any points, Jo Mon shot up the leader board to second with 63 points. The house team coming in first place means our top prize next week will be $80 Wheelhouse cash

Happy new week trivia players, Have you taken a look in the night's sky recently? How's that Moon looking? If you didn't join us last week at the Wheelhouse for Let's do Trivia, you probably have no idea what I am talking about. Wheel House - Let's Do Trivia - 1 May 2025

Hello trivia brothers and sisters ! Let's go through our weekly recap of this past Thursday's Let's Do Trivia match at The Wheelhouse Beer Garden . It was a great crowd of 37 players on 10 teams playing for the top prizes of $50 Wheelhouse Cash for first place and our second place prize of $10 Wheel House cash . We had a big theme to most of the questions. We were asking about things to do with siblings, brothers, and sisters. Just like the previous week, this match saw lower scoring than normal in our first half of the game. Coming out of halftime, Raven Lunatics held first place with 35 points.   Wino Combo and Wheel Deal Sex Appeal were tied for second place with 34 points. Dare I say the second half got slightly easier? Points were still dropped but I believe every team got at least a 6 pointer correct in each round. Wheel House - Let's Do Trivia - 17 July 2025

Good day week Trivia teams, Let's do a quick look back to last Thursday night's Let's Do Trivia match at the Wheelhouse.  47 players on 9 teams joined us to beat the heat and beat other teams for the top prizes of $50 Wheelhouse Cash for first place and $10 Wheel House cash for second  place. There wasn't a larger theme throughout the match, but some questions did have an Australian touch to them. There were also a few Bee Gees related questions, even though I would contend they are not Australian and only spent a part of their career down under.  As is usual, most teams had a successful first half of the match. After our Bee Gees halftime question, we had many point totals that were close together in our rankings.  My Personal Favorites  led with 42 points.
