Wheel House - Let's Do Trivia - 23 May 2024

Happy Summer Trivia friends!

It's Adam here filling you in on last Thursday's Let's Do Trivia match at The Wheelhouse Beer Garden. We were back to our glory days with a larger group of teams and players. 37 players on 9 teams played for a top prize of $40 Wheelhouse Cash and second place prize of $10 Wheelhouse cash!

For a 3-point bonus next week on round 2 question 1, draw a car logo.

It was a tougher all around game than normal. Club 27 were in first place with 40 points with Wheel Deal Sex Appeal behind them with 39 points.Like the week prior, we had one of our lowest scoring matches that We had some moving and shaking with the final question. Yo Mamma came from 7th place to first place with the correct answer and 20 points wagered. Your Mom Dear Watson finished in second place with 64 points. It was great to see these teams that haven't been with us for a while back to play and happy to see them finish atop the leaderboard.

Win first place AND at least one member of your team arrives before 6pm, earn an extra $10. Listen to the setlist between 6pm and 6:30pm for an answer to a question in round 1. Also this week's cover song was played in the playlist from last week.

Happy new week trivia players, Have you taken a look in the night's sky recently? How's that Moon looking? If you didn't join us last week at the Wheelhouse for Let's do Trivia, you probably have no idea what I am talking about. But if you were in attendance, you know I'm referring to our big theme revolving around our Lunar friend. Wheel House - Let's Do Trivia - 1 May 2025

Hello trivia brothers and sisters ! Let's go through our weekly recap of this past Thursday's Let's Do Trivia match at The Wheelhouse Beer Garden . It was a great crowd of 37 players on 10 teams playing for the top prizes of $50 Wheelhouse Cash for first place and our second place prize of $10 Wheel House cash . We had a big theme to most of the questions. We were asking about things to do with siblings, brothers, and sisters. Just like the previous week, this match saw lower scoring than normal in our first half of the game. Coming out of halftime, Raven Lunatics held first place with 35 points.   Wino Combo and Wheel Deal Sex Appeal were tied for second place with 34 points. Dare I say the second half got slightly easier? Points were still dropped but I believe every team got at least a 6 pointer correct in each round. Wheel House - Let's Do Trivia - 17 July 2025

Good day week Trivia teams, Let's do a quick look back to last Thursday night's Let's Do Trivia match at the Wheelhouse.  47 players on 9 teams joined us to beat the heat and beat other teams for the top prizes of $50 Wheelhouse Cash for first place and $10 Wheel House cash for second  place. There wasn't a larger theme throughout the match, but some questions did have an Australian touch to them. There were also a few Bee Gees related questions, even though I would contend they are not Australian and only spent a part of their career down under.  As is usual, most teams had a successful first half of the match. After our Bee Gees halftime question, we had many point totals that were close together in our rankings.  My Personal Favorites  led with 42 points. Followed as closely as you can get was  Why So Serious with 41 points. Wino Combo  was in third place with 39 points.
