Wheel House - Let's Do Trivia - 28 March 2024

Hoppy Monday Trivia players,

Let's recap the match from last Thursday at The Wheelhouse. We were back to a higher number of participants of 37 players on 10 teams playing for a top prize of $40 Wheelhouse Cash and second place prize of $10 Wheelhouse cash.

The first half of the match was easier for most teams as usual with most teams scoring above 30 points and a few close to a perfect first half score. Going into the second half, MC DEEALITE was in first place with 44 points and Dickens Cider were in second place with 43 points. The second half challenged teams more than usual. Before the final question, our highest point total was 75 points from Wheel Deal Sex Appeal. After another week where the final question was a tough one, Dickens Cider answered correctly and wagered 20 points to cement their place at the top of the leaderboard and take home $50 Wheelhouse Cash. After leading at halftime, MC DEEALITE didn't fall too far to second place at the end of the game and earn $10 Wheelhouse cash.

Happy new week trivia players, Have you taken a look in the night's sky recently? How's that Moon looking? If you didn't join us last week at the Wheelhouse for Let's do Trivia, you probably have no idea what I am talking about. Wheel House - Let's Do Trivia - 1 May 2025

Hello trivia brothers and sisters ! Let's go through our weekly recap of this past Thursday's Let's Do Trivia match at The Wheelhouse Beer Garden . It was a great crowd of 37 players on 10 teams playing for the top prizes of $50 Wheelhouse Cash for first place and our second place prize of $10 Wheel House cash . We had a big theme to most of the questions. We were asking about things to do with siblings, brothers, and sisters. Just like the previous week, this match saw lower scoring than normal in our first half of the game. Coming out of halftime, Raven Lunatics held first place with 35 points.   Wino Combo and Wheel Deal Sex Appeal were tied for second place with 34 points. Dare I say the second half got slightly easier? Points were still dropped but I believe every team got at least a 6 pointer correct in each round. Wheel House - Let's Do Trivia - 17 July 2025

Good day week Trivia teams, Let's do a quick look back to last Thursday night's Let's Do Trivia match at the Wheelhouse.  47 players on 9 teams joined us to beat the heat and beat other teams for the top prizes of $50 Wheelhouse Cash for first place and $10 Wheel House cash for second  place. There wasn't a larger theme throughout the match, but some questions did have an Australian touch to them. There were also a few Bee Gees related questions, even though I would contend they are not Australian and only spent a part of their career down under.  As is usual, most teams had a successful first half of the match. After our Bee Gees halftime question, we had many point totals that were close together in our rankings.  My Personal Favorites  led with 42 points.
